GRAMMATICAL ANALYSIS OF ITALIAN WORDS

You can use this Analizer to analize any Italian word. Most of Italian words can have different grammatical cathegories: for example <lavate> (<to wash>) can be an adjective and a verb, and as a verb can be a Present Imperative (as in <lavate le vostre colpe!> or <mend your sins!>) or a Present Indicative, (as in <voi lavate la biancheria><or you wash your laundry>) and finally it could be a Past Participle (as in <la mela lavata ieri> or <the apple washed yesterday>). When you analyze a single word, there are no indications about what grammatical cathegory it belongs to, so it is not at all easy for the student to identify all the grammatical cathegories to which the word could in principle belong.
Here you can analize single Italian words or simple Italian phrases as composite verbal forms. Learning for free Italian language online is now possible, and our instruments make language learning a pleasure!
