You can use this Italian Verbal Forms Analyzer also for complex verbal forms that use a modal verb.
Italian language makes a large use of such verbs, some example of which are Dovere, Potere, Sapere, Solere, Volere, Stare, Andare.
An example: <ero andato> (I was gone) is obtained from the conjugation of the verb
<andare> (to go) with the auxiliary verb <essere> (to be),
while <stavo andando> (I was going) is obtained form the conjugation of the same verb but with the
modal verb <stare> (literally: to stay) in the role of modal verb.
Note: if your keyboard does not have accented letters simply use the <'> as in: <e'>, <sara'>.
